The Bredon Room

With stunning exposed oak beams & a wall of glass showcasing panoramic views onto the Deer Park , Stag Oak Vineyard & the Malvern Hills, the Bredon Room really is a beautiful setting for any wedding reception.  It’s neutral colours and modern barn theme gives you relaxed country feel which is sure to suit all wedding decoration ideas. 

The air conditioned Bredon Room is our largest room at Deer Park Hall with a capacity to seat up to 150 people and is commonly used to hold your wedding breakfast. Our Rut Bar is located within the Bredon Room so guests can easily purchase their own desired drinks throughout the reception.

It comes complete with PA system including a phone/ipad connector for background music & microphones for those all-important speeches. Candles and fairylights are also provided and a vintage screen to provide a great backdrop for the cake photos.

The Panelled Hall

Our baronial Oak Panelled Hall is the perfect space for indoor Civil Ceremonies, wedding reception drinks and dancing the night away.

With a traditional décor incorporating a statement chandelier, stag antlers & a roaring open fire make it a perfect spot for reception drinks in the cooler months. Fairy lights twinkle and candles in every window are reflected in the large mirrors bouncing light around the room so that everything sparkles. The  wooden floor is partially sprung making it a superb dance floor for yourself and your guests to party late into the night.

The Minstrels' Gallery

 

The Minstrels Gallery overlooks our panelled hall where our indoor ceremony's are held, the balcony provides additional seating for larger weddings, excellent views from above for your photographers to get some amazing group shots or it's the perfect spot for your ceremony band to play.

 

With 3 large sofas, multiple chairs and tables it is the perfect place for guests to relax for a few minuets in the evening and enjoy watching the party unfold below.

The Bridal Lounge

Our private bridal lounge offers a space for you just the two of you. Whether you want to use it as a bridal dressing room to add those last minute touches when getting ready for your wedding, have a glass of bubbles with your bridesmaids or use as a safe haven for the two of you to relax together during the course of the day.

We also understand that children can play an important role in your wedding and we want them to enjoy themselves as much as the adults! This is why we have a separate kid’s room, a place for them to be in their element & have fun.

The Grounds

As you enter Deer Park Hall through our Cotswold stone and redbrick arch you walk past our Italian garden with olive trees and  seating for cocktails. Walk past the rose bushes into the Lavender Garden. Here you are surrounded by sweet smelling borders & stunning views over the vineyard and Deer Park. This is a perfect spot for sunset shots & fireworks in the evening.

 

Walk through the hall and you come to our large open terraced lawns, surrounded by glorious countryside the natural beauty of Deer Park Hall is enhanced by these carefully landscaped gardens &  it’s clear to see why it’s a popular choice for outdoor ceremonies, photographs, canapés & reception drinks.

We have a spectacular ‘viewing point’ which is perfect for smaller group shots and just a few steps away you will find the Lower Terrace; a unique hidden space with a trickling stream, mini waterfall and well. There is a heated pavilion that seats up to 12 where you can relax to the sound of running water and bird song.

The adjacent deck has outdoor sofas and a fire pit and is covered by a wooden pergola strewn with fairy lights honey suckle and an old grape vine.
